10/22/2013 Weekly College Highlights and Rankings Show

UNC women’s soccer coach Anson Dorrance and Wake Forest men’s soccer coach Jay Vidovich will join Dean Linke live in the Continental Tire studios for this week’s edition of the NSCAA College Highlights and Rankings show on Tuesday at 1 pm at www.NSCAATV.com.

The legendary Dorrance, who has won 22 of the last 32 NCAA Division I national championships, shows up two days after his Tar Heels suffered a hard-fought 2-0 loss to the #1 Virginia Cavaliers in Chapel Hill.  Vidovich, who led Wake Forest to four straight College Cups from 2006-2009 and the 2007 national championship, arrives with the Demon Deacons flying high after beating Maryland 4-3 over the weekend.

This week’s program, which starts with the spotlight on women’s college soccer, will have highlights from the women’s matchup between #1 Virginia and #4 North Carolina.  It will also feature Virginia Tech’s Chugger Adair, UCF’s Tiffany Roberts Sahaydak and Tim Sahaydak as well as Division II powerhouse, Grand Valley State University, led by 11-year head coach Dave Dillanni.

Vidovich will be on hand to preview Friday’s NSCAATV matchup in Durham against John Kerr’s Duke Blue Devils.  Penn State head coach Bob Warming has the Nittany Lions undefeated in Big Ten play and 9-3-1 and he also joins the program.  Coach Wytse Molenaar has the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh at11-0-4 and chasing Vidovich’s alma mater, Ohio Wesleyan, in the Men’s Division III rankings as we profile the Titans.

And finally, Alan Grosbach gets you caught up on all the men’s and women’s action in the NAIA.
